5. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests

Because our warehouse begins preparing orders shortly after purchase, requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

please contact our customer support team within 12 hours of placing your order.

After an order has entered fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Damaged Upon Arrival

If your package arrives damaged during transportation, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged item.

After review, we'll gladly arrange an appropriate replacement solution.

Lost Shipment

If the shipping carrier officially confirms that your package has been lost during transit, we'll provide a replacement at no additional cost.
