Most items purchased from irelandjoy™ may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Show no signs of misuse, installation, or damage caused after delivery.
Be accompanied by a valid order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Products that do not satisfy these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Requesting a Return

3. Items Received Damaged or Incorrect

We carefully inspect every order before shipment. However, if your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing components, please notify us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number.
A brief description of the problem.
Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We'll review the information promptly and provide an appropriate solution.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are generally non-returnable unless required by applicable law:

Products showing signs of use or accidental damage after delivery.
Perishable goods.

Hazardous materials or flammable products.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final-sale merchandise.

Shipping charges paid when placing the order are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

5. Exchanges

If you'd like a different product or variation, we recommend returning the original eligible item (once approved) and placing a new order.

6. European Union Consumer Rights

For orders delivered within countries of the European Union, customers may have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To qualify:

Products must remain unused.
Original packaging should be retained.

These statutory rights apply independently of our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refund Process

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:
